WEEPING WATER was the winner of BEST FILM at the May 2021 EXPERIMENTAL Film Festival. A film about the perils of a shark whose fin is hunted to sell as a delicacy. The dancer interprets the grace of the shark’s movements until the dire moment when he is captured in ropes and his fin severed. Shot entirely underwater.

Summary of film: At night while something has happened in a house of an old lady, a young girl dresses to go to a party. Through the dance and the music, suddenly youth and age merge together in an ephemeral and dynamic moment, ultimately connected.

SYNTH was inspired by true events - Hanson Robotics in Hong Kong created a robot called Sophia. Sophia the A.I. is based on Audrey Hepburn's face and is the first robot to have citizenship in the world.
